Refund Policy

1. Prescription medications

For your safety and by law, prescription medications cannot be returned or restocked once they have been dispensed and shipped. For that reason, all medication sales are final once your order has been processed by the pharmacy.

2. Before your order is processed

If you cancel before the pharmacy has processed your order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method — no questions asked. Message the care team as soon as possible and we will confirm whether processing has begun.

3. Damaged, incorrect, or missing orders

If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or does not arrive, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) at hello@hdmeds.com. Include your order number and, for damaged items, a photo. We will make it right with a replacement shipment or a refund.

4. Subscriptions

You can pause or cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the next billing cycle; amounts already charged for an order the pharmacy has processed are governed by Section 1. We do not charge cancellation fees.

5. Consultations

If a licensed provider determines that treatment is not appropriate for you, any amount you paid for that order will be refunded in full.

6. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
