Terms of Service

Effective date: July 6, 2026 · Last updated: July 6, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and HDMeds.com, Inc. (“HDMeds”). By using hdmeds.com or purchasing through it, you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, reside in a U.S. state where our services are available, and provide accurate, complete information in your health intake.

3. Telehealth relationship

HDMeds is a technology platform that connects you with independent, U.S. licensed healthcare providers. Providers exercise independent clinical judgment; completing an intake does not guarantee that treatment will be prescribed. Information on this website is for general education and is not medical advice.

HDMeds is not for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

4. Your account and responsibilities

5. Pricing, payments, and subscriptions

We use transparent cash pricing; insurance is neither required nor billed. Prices are shown before checkout. Subscription plans renew automatically each cycle until you pause or cancel, which you can do anytime by messaging your care team — changes take effect at the next billing cycle. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

6. Shipping and refunds

Orders ship quickly in discreet, unbranded packaging. Because prescription medications cannot lawfully be restocked once dispensed, refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Prohibited use

You agree not to misuse the platform — including submitting false information, attempting to obtain medications for someone else, scraping or attacking the site, or infringing our or others’ rights.

8. Intellectual property

The HDMeds name, logo, site content, and design are our property or licensed to us, and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HDMeds’ total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid to HDMeds in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing affects the independent professional responsibility of treating providers.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify HDMeds against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the service.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and continued use constitutes acceptance. Questions? hello@hdmeds.com.
